Announcing a Special Evening of Live Presentations

    audience.pechakucha

John Oliver Secondary School, Learning Commons
    530 E 41st Ave
    Vancouver, CANADA

    Thursday, November 7, 2013, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Join us for Rogue Curiosity a powered by PechaKucha 20×20 evening of short and inspiring talks, celebrating individual expression in service of global and local community. [What is PechaKucha 20×20? See FAQ below.]

The Rogues. I’ve gathered a silo-busting bunch, all mavericks in their own fields, to inspire and incite you with their personal stories of curiosity turned to creative action in the commons. Expect to see lots of examples of how positive, generative change can happen anywhere — on the streets of Vancouver or Nigeria, in the boardroom or in a computer lab, and through any discipline — science, social activism, journalism, invention, movement and preventative medicine.

You will also have a chance to participate in some lively discussion, voice your own curiosity and talk with the speakers. Our individual voices and choices create a collective destiny for our species and our world. Register now! Seating is limited.
